Doing a clean install of Windows Vista (Not a recover" on the Toshiba M700 Convertable Tablet style notebook comes with some problems.. As usual
so after navigating through Toshiba's web site for downloads and thinking I had gotten everything .. device manager of Windows Vista showed no device driver for "PCI Memory Controller" after reinstalling driver after driver from the wonderful Toshiba site... "RANT" Why would they not just post the most recent driver like oh I don't know ... HP in a nice list per each operating system instead they make you scroll through ever single driver they have...
For this one you are looking for the Intel Robson Technology Driver for Windows Vista.. I am not bothering to put a link in here due to the fact that any external links just go to the default Tosiba support page ... the actual file name as of today is driver_sata_intel_26822a.exe
